Every Owned Heritage order is carefully processed before beginning its journey to you. Because some of our products may be produced specifically for your order, processing time and shipping time are separate.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, it enters processing and fulfillment. You’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
SHIPPING
Available shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed during checkout based on your order and delivery location.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if there appears to be an issue with your shipment, please contact us through Order Support with your order number.
